Welding All Day Info Session January 27
Passaic County Community College is hosting an all-day, information session for the Welding program on Monday, January 27 from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm at the College’s all-new training facility for the trades at 113 Van Houten Street in Paterson.
Visitors are welcome to drop-in to meet the welding faculty, tour the fully-equipped facility, enjoy refreshments, and learn more about the welding program at PCCC.
“Well-trained welders are in demand to fill good jobs at all levels,” says Richard Genco, expert instructor and coordinator of the program, which has been training men and women students of all ages for nearly a year.
Students who successfully complete the program will earn a certificate of achievement and are prepared for an entry-level position in the high-demand, well-paying welding industry.
Graduates of the program may also continue their training and increase their skill level for job advancement and even toward a college degree.
