Credit for Military Training
Passaic County Community College (PCCC) recognizes the unique training and experiences our military students have gained. As a result, PCCC is committed to ensuring allowable credits, as determined by the American Council on Education (ACE), are awarded to our student veterans whenever possible. Your military transcripts will be reviewed for college credit(s) once they are provided during your application/enrollment process. A maximum of twelve (12) college credits are awarded for military education courses or experience. Students should request an official copy of their military transcript be sent to Passaic County Community College. Official transcripts must come directly from the military or arrive stamped and sealed.

- Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) – If you are a veteran of the Air Force or are currently on active duty, you can request a CCAF transcript at http://www.airuniversity.af.mil/Barnes/CCAF/Display/Article/803247/
- Joint Services Transcript (JST) – If you served in the Army, Navy, Marines or Coast Guard, you need to request an official Joint Services Transcript at https://jst.doded.mil. Send your transcript electronically to PCCC.
