To log into your PCCC portal account for the first time, simply follow this simple tutorial below.

Please enter your User ID (Step 1)
Please enter your initial password (Step 2)
You will need to create one question (can be any question you choose) and give it an answer.
Passwords must be a minimum of 12 characters and include at least; one upper case, one lower case, one number, and one special character ( !@$#%& ) At the end you should get a message like the one below:
