Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that on January 27, 2026 at 6:00pm the Passaic County Community College Board of Trustees, will hold a Public Hearing regarding the Proposed FY2026-2027 Budget at which time all persons who may be interested therein will be given an opportunity to be heard concerning same. The hearing will be held during the regular meeting of the Board in Paterson Room, Passaic County Community College, One College Boulevard, Paterson, NJ (entrance at the corner of Memorial Drive and Broadway).
A copy of the Proposed FY2026-2027 Budget will be available on the College’s website, www.pccc.edu/bot, and in the Office of the Vice President for Finance and Administrative Services, One College Boulevard, Founders Hall, Room E303, Paterson, NJ between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday through Friday.

Notice of Meeting and Public Hearing
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 14, 2026 at 4:45 p.m., the Passaic County Community College Board of School Estimate will meet and hold a Public Hearing regarding the amount of money necessary for the Operation and Capital Outlay Expenses for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 for Passaic County Community College. The meeting will be held in the Passaic County Administration Building, County Commissioner Board Room, 401 Grand Street, Room 220, Paterson, NJ. At that time, all persons who may be interested therein will be given an opportunity to be heard.

At the conclusion of the public hearing, the Board of School Estimate shall fix and determine the amount of money necessary for the Operational and Capital Outlay Expenses for the College for FY2026-2027, exclusive of the amount to be received from the State and from other sources.
A copy of the College budget is on file and can be examined in the Office of the Vice President for Finance and Administrative Services, Founders Hall, Room E303, One College Boulevard, Paterson, NJ between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday through the date of the public hearing.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 1, 2026 at 5:30p.m. the Passaic County Community College Board of Trustees will hold a Special Meeting to discuss and act upon the appointment of an Interim President and any other matters that may come to the attention of the Board. The Public is invited to attend per the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6. An executive session may be called.
