Margaret Olsen
PCCC Adjunct Professor of Art
Meg Olsen holds a BFA from the Herron School of Art, a Master of Arts Education from Colorado State University Pueblo, and a Master of Fine Arts from Brooklyn College. She started her career as a photographer and video artist and has exhibited her work in group and solo shows. An advocate for bringing arts opportunities to underserved communities as a Professional Teaching Artist, she currently teaches 2-D, 3-D design, Drawing, and Art Appreciation at PCCC. Melissa MacAlpin
PCCC Adjunct Professor of Art
Melissa MacAlpin is a visual artist based in New Jersey, specializing in drawing, painting and book arts. She is a graduate of Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University and University of the Arts in Philadelphia (PA). MacAlpin’s work is held in collections at Hudson County Community College Foundation, Jersey City, NJ; Newark Public Library, Newark,NJ; Visual Arts Library, School of Visual Arts, New York, NY; and Sallie Bingham Center Women’s Zine Collections, Duke University, Durham, NC.
