Fire Safety Training
PCCC’s Public Safety Academy (PSA) offers career and volunteer firefighter training for Passaic County with state-of-the-art training and facilities.

North Jersey Imaging Academy
The NJIA offers advanced training to ARRT certified radiographers in Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), and Mammography.

Allied Health Programs
Allied Health Program is designed to train entry-level healthcare workers with the skills necessary to succeed in today’s job market.

Grant-Funded Programs
The Center for Continuing Education & Workforce Development proactively pursues grant proposals and the implementation of grant-funded programs.

Youth Rise
The Youth Rise grant program helps out-of-school Passaic County youth between the ages of 16 – 24 to obtain a high school equivalency diploma, while increasing their life skills and preparing for college and career readiness.
Improve Your Business Skills
You may be able to take advantage of a grant-funded Basic Skills Workforce Training Program and upgrade your workplace skills.
You must be employed and be able to provide your employer’s Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN), among other requirements. Note: state, county, and municipal employees are not eligible for the trainings under the rules of this grant.


Beginning English as a Second Language:
Are you planning to enroll in college but need to learn basic English? If English is not your native language and you would like to become more proficient in reading, writing, and speaking, our program is for you. Pre-requisite: Potential students must apply through the Admissions Office at PCCC. CALL 973-684-3753 for more information.
