Youth Rise Logo

Youth Rise

The Youth Rise grant program helps out-of-school Passaic County youth between the ages of 16 – 24 to obtain a high school equivalency diploma, while increasing their life skills and preparing for college and career readiness.

Improve Your Business Skills

You may be able to take advantage of a grant-funded Basic Skills Workforce Training Program and upgrade your workplace skills.

You must be employed and be able to provide your employer’s Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN), among other requirements. Note: state, county, and municipal employees are not eligible for the trainings under the rules of this grant.

Beginning English as a Second Language:

Are you planning to enroll in college but need to learn basic English? If English is not your native language and you would like to become more proficient in reading, writing, and speaking, our program is for you. Pre-requisite: Potential students must apply through the Admissions Office at PCCC.
