Registration Information

Registration for the upcoming school year begins in April and continues throughout the summer. However, individual slots may become available throughout the school year. Below is the information that is needed for registration.

State Mandated Preschool Program 

Child must be 3 or 4 before October 31st.
Child must reside in Paterson.

Documents required for enrollment:

  • Birth Certificate
  • 3 Proofs of Residency (PSE&G, Cable, or Phone Bill only)
  • Current Physical
  • Immunization Record


Before & After Care (Wrap Around)

If applying for the subsidized Before and After Care Program, you will need the documents below. In addition, the child must be enrolled in the State Mandated Preschool Program at PCCC Child Development Center.

Documents required for the application process:

  • Birth Certificates for all children in the family
  • Social Security cards for all children in the family
  • Paystubs for 1 month (for all parents/spouses living in the house)
  • School Schedule (if applicable)
  • Letter from employer on letterhead stating how many hours a week you work, your salary, and how long you have been employed
  • Proof of Residency
