Health Services Site Coordinator

An experienced healthcare professional  is needed to develop and maintain collaborative relationships and linkages with healthcare employers in  Passaic/Bergen/Hudson counties. He or she will identify and sustain the job pipeline, with an emphasis on providing access to training for upgrading and retraining of employees.  Assist employer partners to assess workforce needs, identify barriers and resources, recommend appropriate training providers, and place job seekers.  A Bachelor’s Degree required;  MPA with concentration in Health Care Administration, MPH, MBA, MS in HR Management, or MSN preferred. Five years of experience in healthcare project management also preferred. This is a full-time position funded by a Dept. of Labor grant.
