Passaic County Community College is committed to the development and career advancement to maintain and improve professional competence, enhance career progression and to comply with professionally regulatory organizations. PCCC offers a variety of approaches to professional development, including consultation, coaching, lesson study, mentoring, reflective supervision and technical assistance.

Passaic County Community College offers a wide variety of Professional Development courses for educators, administrators, curriculum developers, educational decision makers, and anyone in between.  PD courses are designed to enable teachers to offer students the learning opportunities that will prepare them to meet world-class standards in given content areas and to successfully measure improvement in student achievement.
